The best teambuilding of my life
One of the biggest problems for many teams is that they don't understand the value of proper communication. If you are going to have a business that works, then you need to have people who are willing to put in the hard work together. Along those lines, businesses have to be willing to go through some team building exercises in order to make that happen. The best teambuilding of my life happened when our group got together to do something a little bit out of the ordinary.
The best teambuilding of my life happened when we all got put into a position that was a little bit uncomfortable. One of the biggest needs in team building is for your group to actually get stretched beyond their typical constraints. When people are in their comfort zone, they don't have to reach out to those around them. That is why the best teambuilding of my life happened when everyone had to do something they weren't exactly comfortable doing. For us, it was just going out and experiencing the outside world. For a bunch of guys who have gotten used to the corporate world, this was a culture shock, but it was a very necessary one.
The best teambuilding I have had was in 2008 in Split when we organized regata
competition on the beautiful adriatic. My team ofcourse loose. But the dinner
was great and we stayed at beautiful hotels with a view on the sea. So in the
end this teambuilding was good because of good time with my colegues and great
accommodation Croatia.
The best teambuilding of my life was something that helped my business get things going in a way that we never expected. There is another level that pretty much every company out there can reach as long as they are willing to put in the hard work to make that happen. Without learning how to get the most out of a team setting, companies have no chance of making this happen, though. It is all about getting there and doing the hard work, as well as stretching out and doing things that are a little bit uncomfortable. This is what the best teambuilding of my life was all about.
